Dear Judge Corpening,
Enclosed in the accompanying manila envelope are an additional 16 “Rule 33 Interrogatories” for plaintiff Mr. Carter, as well as a “Motion to Compel”. While it is out of my hands as to precisely how these papers are to be served and filed, for my part my wish is that they be filed with the Clerk, copied and served to Mr. Carter at his law office at 408 Market Street, and copied to my attorney Mr. Goolsby.
There is nothing I can do about the scandalous and disturbing character of the conduct of Mr. Carter and his associates, which they have attempted to conceal by defaming my character and questioning my sanity. Your colleague Judge Noecker remarked from the bench last October that my ‘brain wasn’t working’. I’m going to let that one slide, out of the respect for the judicial office, on the assumption that it won’t happen again. But my reply would be: ‘Well, your honor, perhaps you’re right, but at least I’ve never committed perjury. At least I’ve never committed MURDER”
I am indeed alleging a Conspiracy to Commit Murder in the First Degree, Judge Corpening. While she was afraid to describe it as such, my mother brought the attacks on my person and property by Timothy Joyner to the attention of the District Attorney Mr. David when she had an audience with him. Mr. David and I are of course well-acquainted from my “special internship” in his offices in 2014. The record will show that although the identity of the assailant is well-known, nothing has been done. But that’s just fine by me, because there is no statute of limitations on a murder plot. There is no way Mr. David can prosecute these gravely serious crimes. His resignation will be taken as a sign of contrition by some future tribunal of extraordinary jurisdiction. His intransigence will only darken the reputation even further of a man who is sure to be known to history as a tyrant, a villain, and a traitor to his State.
Yours truly, Dawson Gage…
.p.s. As to my allegations of attempted murder, I can name no fewer than SIX witnesses, and I have sent their names to Mr. Goolsby. / p.p.s. As before, this letter and the accompanying papers have been duplicated.
